The following Criteria shall apply to all existing and prospective Home-TAC Members:
- Conducts and promotes ethical business practices; and
- Is a demonstrated leader in their community; and
- Already has, or has the ability to develop, relationships with key Builders, Architects, and Designers in their Marketplace; and
- Fosters technical excellence and innovation on their projects; and
- Demonstrates superior customer service skills; and
- Implements high quality home-technology solutions in home system integration, solar, or home electrical systems; and
- Has the ability to actively market and sell a minimum of $2 million annually in H-TAC projects; and
- Has a dedicated sales force and is committed to on-going training to develop their employees’ skills and knowledge; and
- Desires to actively promote and protect the Home-TAC brand and invest in its development; and
- Is excited to be part of a dynamic and successful team of like-minded entrepreneurial individuals who, together, work hard to promote each other’s businesses; and
- Exists in a Marketplace with multiple Builder’s of high-end custom and spec homes; and
- Commits to using H-TAC Members on projects in their Marketplace who have complimentary skill sets in home system integration, solar, or home electrical technologies, knowing that they will be treated in kind by other Members in other Marketplaces.
