The following Criteria shall apply to all existing and prospective Builder Partners:
- Conducts and promotes ethical business practices; and
- Is a demonstrated leader in their community; and
- Fosters technical excellence and innovation on their projects; and
- Demonstrates superior customer service skills; and
- Desires to implement high quality home-technology solutions in home automation, solar, or home electrical systems; and
- Has the ability to provide Members with over $1 million in annual revenues in H-TAC projects; and
- Desires to actively promote and protect the Home-TAC brand and leverage it for competitive advantage and as an additional profit center; and
- Exists in a Marketplace with a high density of high-end custom and spec homes.
